Company JSC "TREM Engineering" Participated in the Meeting of Chief Mechanics of Oil and Gas Producing Enterprises of Russia and CIS Countries

From May 19–22, 2026, the Meeting of Chief Mechanics of Oil and Gas Producing Enterprises of Russia and CIS Countries was held in Moscow at the Vinogradovo Hotel.The event brought together 30 heads of repair and maintenance services from oil and gas producing enterprises in Russia and Uzbekistan (representatives from companies such as Gazprom, LUKOIL, Rosneft, Zarubezhneft, and others) and 209 companies supplying products and services operating in this sector.The key topic of the meeting was ensuring operational independence for the operation and repair of equipment at enterprises in Russia and the CIS.Employees of JSC "TREM Engineering" presented a report and presentation titled "Import Substitution of Seals for Domestic and Foreign-Manufactured Compressor and Pump Equipment":

• JSC "TREM Engineering" offers a wide range of products and competencies for oil and gas production enterprises, including:
  • Production of mechanical seals (including for heavy-duty conditions — up to 20 MPa and +400°C), friction pairs made of silicon carbide,
  • Compressor valves, piston rings, gland packings, and rods;
  • Performing repairs of mechanical seals and dry gas seals of any complexity.
• Active import substitution and reengineering are being carried out: replacement of foreign seals and valves, reengineering and manufacturing of analogues without original design documentation.
• Implementation of unique projects: for example, a triple mechanical seal with metal parts made of Super Duplex material for a pressure of 12.8 MPa (previously not manufactured in Russia) and modernization of a lubrication unit with seals, increasing the pressure from 16 to 45 bar while maintaining the dimensions of the seal and the lubrication unit.
• Flexibility to meet customer requirements: manufacturing products in any material configuration, adaptation to existing piping systems without equipment modifications, using proprietary developments instead of copying foreign products.

The presentation by JSC "TREM Engineering" generated great interest among the Meeting participants.
